Breakfast Bake- Quick + Easy

I'm definitely not the baker or cook in my house, that is all my hubby. BUT, I can make this breakfast bake super easy, and it looks beautiful and tastes amazing. Its less then 10 ingredients and whips up in a snap, you make it a day ahead of time leave it in the fridge until you are ready to bake & serve for breakfast. Its my kind of baking!
