JORD Crafted wooden Timepiece + giveaway!
When I opened the email from Mitchell about teaming up with JORD watches I was so excited! I had just seen someone I was following sporting her’s in a post. I was instantly drawn to the carved wooden band and the watch face was simple and sophisticated.
So of course I said YES for the chance to get my hands on one of their unique wooden time pieces! When the box came I was so excited to get eyes on my Frankie Purpleheart & Plum watch. The unboxing was like Christmas. The crafted box with fitted lid its self is a small work of art!
Inside the gorgeous keepsake box was a perfectly packaged watch wrapped around a burlap pillow just waiting to be tried on! When you order your wooden timepiece from JORD you give them your wrist measurements so your watch fits like a glove. I have tiny wrists, so this is such a great feature- no getting it adjusted a jewelers after the fact! Box to wrist!
Another awesome perk of this timepiece is the clasp! Its easy on and off with ONE hand, so important when you are on the go all the time.. or like me, have a baby in one arm 99% of the time! Plus Elsie LOVES looking and investigating the watch every time I wear it!
I haven’t worn a watch since high school when I would wear this chunky leather band thing just for the punk look, haha the watch didn’t even work! But now I’m happy to report this gorgeous Frankie Purpleheart Plum is turning me into a total watch person! Its so nice to just flip over my wrist to see the time rather then pulling out my giant iphone!
